Choosing a therapist might be a bit confusing with the variety of options available nowadays.
Here are a few common questions and my responses, which might help you find the right therapist for you.
Q: How long does each therapy session take?
A: It varies between 40 min to 90 minutes, depending on the age of the client and the type of session. For more information click here.
Q: Which therapeutic methods do you use?
A: I use a range of techniques taken from different psychological theories, but the core of my work is based on bibliotherapy, play therapy and dyadic treatment.
Q: What is Bibliotherapy?
A: Bibliotherapy is a creative arts therapy method, which uses written and spoken words to deal with various emotional distresses. The therapeutic process combines a wide range of texts such as novels, short stories, poems, oral storytelling, movies, and writing interventions.

Q: Who do you usually work with?
A: I work with a wide range of populations of all ages, distress and hardships.
My speciality is dyadic treatment, which involves working with young children combined with supportive therapy for parents and caregivers on everyday and complex difficulties that may arise in children's development. I have experience working with neurodivergent children, particularly with ASD, on establishing life and social skills, and mental support to reduce stress and anxiety levels.
